Danika L. Mink joined Groundswell Conservancy in 2025. As the Communications Manager, she is delighted to use her storytelling skills to showcase Groundswell’s accomplishments and to celebrate the many people who play a part. Danika brings more than 15 years of marketing and communications expertise to Groundswell. With five years of experience as the Communications Director at River Alliance of Wisconsin, she has a particular passion for helping nonprofits amplify their reach to engage new audiences through social media, and digital and print marketing. Danika is also one of the proud founders and owners of Seven Acre Dairy Company, a restored dairy factory on the Sugar River in Paoli, Wis.
Danika grew up in Minnesota hunting for morels, fishing for walleye, and splashing in the headwaters of the Mississippi. These childhood experiences left an indelible mark and sparked her passion for protecting special places for the next generations to enjoy.
In her spare time, you can find her exploring new parks, hiking at Devil’s Lake, and spending lots of time outdoors with her three children.
