Westport Prairie Bonfire & Candlelit Hike

Experience winter magic with our first ever candlelit hike at Westport Prairie! Bring the family for an easy 1-mile hike on the Capitol View Loop and finish the evening around a bonfire with s’mores and hot chocolate.

Parking: Please park and meet in the lower parking lot, near the tobacco barn. We’ll have volunteers in orange safety vests directing you where to park.

What to bring/wear: Dress for the weather. The trails may be slippery, so the more traction on your footwear, the better. While the trails are lit by candles, you may want to bring a flashlight or headlamp.

Please note there are no restrooms available at this event.
