Join us for a walk at Westport Farm to see the Lifting Hearts Therapy Garden in its eighth season with Groundwell. See what the HMoob (Hmong) elders have been growing this year!
The Therapy Garden, in partnership with the Southeast Asian Healing Center, is a program for HMoob elders who are refugees and veterans of the Vietnam War. While living with PTSD, dementia, and depression, they have found healing through gardening.
The walk will be approximately half a mile on grass paths.
