If you were unable to join us for the party on August 23rd, you can see photos from the party here and recordings of the program below:
This year marks Groundswell’s 40th anniversary. Our story began in 1983 when a group of concerned citizens came together to protect a small, but important piece of land on the Lake Mendota shoreline.
Let’s celebrate the inspiring leadership that has made all the difference in local land protection these past 40 years.
As a founder or past or current board member of Dane County Natural Heritage Foundation, Natural Heritage Land Trust, or Groundswell Conservancy, that’s you!
Appetizers and drinks will be served.
We are grateful to Boardman & Clark LLP for hosting this event at their office. If the weather permits, we’ll be outside on their 4th floor terrace of the U.S. Bank building overlooking the State Capitol.
Parking Directions: Enter from Webster Street, by taking a LEFT into the first underground parking entrance to the U.S. Bank building. If you’re using GPS, enter 69 South Webster Street as your destination. The entrance to the U.S. Bank parking garage is just past that address on the left. Parking has a flat rate of $3 after 4 pm.
Please sign up below by Wednesday, August 16th.
*Photos taken at this event may be used in future promotions. If you’d like to opt out of having your photo taken, please let Groundswell staff know at the event.
